Can't Get To City Core

Can't Get To City Core

I can't leave through the door to get to the city core, everytime i do i get the loading screen, see the game for about 2 seconds, then bam! brutal crash the game shrinks down to like a half sized screen that is completely black and i have to go end the process to get rid of it. So my question is WTF DO I DO ABOUT THIS!!!! please i just go the game and i really want to play it, but i can't even start chapter 1
