Silver Key in Headman's Hill

I am playing the Xbox version of Fable: The Lost Chapters.

Ok, I am a bit stuck. I have gotten nearly all of the silver keys. I need 2.
One of them being the "Donate 25 Books" key, and the other MIGHT be the one found on in the pond Thunder throws you down in.
I fought Thunder, got the key, and opened the door. My game froze and I restarted from an autosave point which launched me back up to the normal Headsman Hill path.
I read there was a "dig glitch" that allows you to back off the cliff where Thunder threw you from. I can't seem to get it to work. I don't go backwards.

The digging trick only works in the original Fable.

Teleport trumps digging in TLC

Here's what you can do:

Walk to the chest behind the gallows, the chest where you found the augmentation.
Teleport to another region.
Teleport back to Headsman's Hill.

You will now be outside the opening to the cave where you ended your fight with Thunder. Once you get whatever you need (either from the silver chest or from fishing in the pond), you can teleport back out.
