I can't get into Tomb of the Betrayers! Help!

I can't get into Tomb of the Betrayers! Help!

I cannot open the door to Tomb of the Betrayers. Do I need a key or something else?

You need to get a quest from Oleff in the Merchant Quarter.

There's also the possibility it becomes unavailable in later acts. They are part of separate modules, I believe. But I've never tried that there so it's just a guess. Perhaps things are tied together through a script or something.
