Best mage character?

Best mage character?

I've beat oblivion n done every guild n main quest line so I'm going to restart the game over , I'm wondering what is the best type of mage character to make and what skills and stats to put into?

I guess that would depend on how offensive or defensive you would like to be.

Well I would say either a Drak Elf, or that Wood Elf. I'm a Dark Elf, and i got some pretty good spells on him. He is really good at Archer, if you wanna start being a good archer, then pick night elf, my opionion. And you wanna be under the Mage for the nine to choose from. :cool:
