Arena And Bandit Questions

i have 3 questions
question 1. i think i accidently dropped my arena armor, is there any way to get another set?
Question 2. where is rockmilk cave, i went south along the road from bravil and i couldnt find it
question 3. Where are some good places to find the black bandit guys?

1) Which arena armor do you mean? SPOILER

The one you get after completing the arena quest?

If yes, then I don't think you can get it back, save for using the console and the item code.

2) Try looking at this [url="http://www.gamebanshee.com/oblivion/mapofcyrodiil.php#null"]map[/url] in our GB site. It isn't detailed, but it should help you in locating the cave.

3) It has been quite some time since I played Oblivion, but I think when you get the Black Bandit quest, the count will also provide you with the location of the fort that has the Black Bandits. Other than that fort, the only other time I encountered them was in a cave near Bravil. I think.

If you weren't talking about the (spoiler) Raiment of Valor or whatever it's called that you get for completing the Arena quests,
then there are Light and Heavy Raiments in the Arena section near the bloodworks (where all the combatants are working out and such). They're in the cupboards and such near Owyn or whatever his name is (the Redguard who you get your matches from). I can't remember his name.
