Azura's Shrine Bug(?) (spoiler)

Post by Yukikaze937 »

I'm level 15 and trying to complete the Azura's Shrine quest. I have already killed the 5 vampires inside the mine and I have the note found on the last body. But when I attempt to approach the shrine again, nothing happens. I cant activate the shrine or summon Azura again. Also, I dont have the quest prompt saying

"I have killed all of the vampires in the Gutted Mine. I should return to the shrine."

My quest log still says

"When Azura was summoned, she told me the tale of her followers who trapped themselves in the Gutted Mine. She wishes me to find them and kill them, releasing them from their vampiric existence. Azura will unseal the mine so I may enter."

But I've already killed the vampires! I have the note, I approach the shring ((with the glow essense or whatever it is)) and the shrine still will not activate. Is there anyway to correct this bug, or reset the quest so I can do it over again? quite frustrating...

The logical conclusion it that you missed at least one vampire, or you've found a bug.

There's at least one concealed passage in that mine, IIRC one is blocked by a large rock, which can be moved by pulling a rope that cam be missed, not very brightly lit as I recall.

I can only suggest going back and carefully searching for something you may have missed.

If it turns out o be a bug, there is a way around it, but I won't able to check that out until Late tomorrow afternoon (Sunday 16th) UK time.

Ah thanks, Ill be eager to here what the work-around is for the bug.

I am positive I have killed all 5 vampires, including the two hidden behind the rock wall ((I killed 3 in the entry passages and two behind the secret wall anyway, so unless there is a sixth one...)). Ive checked their bodies repeatidly in case I missed some item, but they have all been killed. --Thanks for replying

Well there are only five Vampires, so it's a bug.

I managed to get the console command, its:

SetStage DAAzura 30
