Well, that's basically it :> What does fast healing 25 do exactly? You can gain it through various ways(Epic Fiendish Resilience for example), but there's no description as to what it does.

You heal 25 hit points per round.
This is not to be confused with Regeneration 25, as that does the same thing plus revives lost limbs and stuff (but that doesn't even come up in NWN2 I don't think).

Listen up maggots, Mr. Popo's 'bout to teach you the pecking order.
It goes you, the dirt, the worms inside of the dirt, Popo's stool, Kami, then Popo.

Yeah, that's a bug. Fast healing never stacks.
A common rule in D&D is that a named bonus or named rate does not stack with itself. So while curing and Fast Healing stacks, Fast healing shouldn't be able to stack with itself because "Fast healing" is the name of the variable bonus, just like Two rings of protection don't stack because they are both deflection bonuses.

Good point, a ring of regeneration can stack with vigor and the spell regeneration. But I'll have to agree with Siberys that fast healing does not stack. At least not in my experience. So regeneration does stack but fast healing doesn't? Or at least isn't supposed to?
It is the only thing that might save you, should you run out of potions and Kaelyn be knocked out. Eldritch Master is another Epic feat you might want to consider.I'm playing a chaotic evil warlock atm and I'm definetly gonna push One of Many's influence up to 100, so I'm not sure whether to pick the Epic Fiendish Resilience feat or not.
Love is just a chemical. We give it meaning by choice ~ Eleanor Lamb, Bioshock 2: Sea of Dreams
Even multiple regenration items stack!
I already picked Eldritch Master, thx
Don't know if you are aware of this so I'll mark it as a spoiler:
*spoiler*
If you have a high influence with your optional companion One of Many(50 and above) you gain a special feat, which among other things, grants you fast regeneration 25. That's why Epic Fiendish Resilience would be a waste if those two do not stack.
*spoiler end*
