Yes, I am lazy. Yes, I am a cheat. Yes, I am the disgraceful epitome of everything against which the noble PC gameplayer stands. No, I don't care.
So - does anyone know where I can find a complete walkthrough of PoR, ideally text-based but I'm not fussy? I mean a specific URL or website.
Thanks.

Sure wish I could help with this one. I have not found a walkthru for the complete game anywhere. I finally broke down and bought the Prima guide book. I give it about a 6-7 out of 10. There are some save game/character editors available. Since this game is so incredibly slow, and the gameplay is so lethargic you may want to consider using an editor to beef up your character. I started/restarted this game about 10-12 times. I found a little utility that speeds up the combat routines. It does this by literally making all the characters move faster (affects the time you have to view your action menus also). I use the speed utility and an editor to maximize my character and then I play as a single multi-classed character so that I don't have to wait for any of my followers to amble along and take an action. If all of the "monsters" were able to move simultaneously into position this would be a really good game. But as each one rambles into position then everyone waits for the next one to take a position that really slows the game down to a "play by mail" speed. I know that there are some who think this is a good system of play. Fine for them, UBI should have given us the option of changing that instead of sticking us with only the default combat.
If you didn't want my opinion why did you ask?
