Dark Brotherhood Help.. (Spoilers)

Ok, well. Mr dude visited and asked me to join them, i did and and killed rufio and met mr dude again, he told me to visit the door down in cheydinal, problem, i got there to the big red door and i tried opening, but wasn't questioned or anything of the like. What would be the problem? Wrong time of day? Was suppsoed to join them before martin died to banish oblivion gates for good?

k have you got into the abandonded house yet?, if you have u have to go into the basement then right to the end and then there will be a door click then it says walk away or and somthing eles click that somein eles (i cANT remember wot it says) i hope this helps

There is a famous glitch with that door. at least on pc. go to the door. if you try opening it nothing will happen. save the game, exit oblivion and reload. than try to open the door. you will be asked to give the password and allowed to enter. the bad thing is that you will have to save, exit the game and reload every time you need to enter the sanctuary, or at least until you find another way in.
