Did I kill Annah?

I started up Planescape again after a long hiatus and I found a pair of Chained Teeth Earrings in my inventory. I remember going on an NPC killing spree the last time I played and now I'm worried that I'd accidentally saved my game after brutally murdering poor Annah...

Chances are high that you did. Is she still standing by the monument in the Mortuary area of the Hive?
