I have the highest leveled version of this on my best character, and for some reason, a lot of the time, but not always (it seems to happen most on non-NPC type characters), when I hit something with this when it's charged they just forget I'm there and I can shoot them with out any retaliation. I can even repair armor and fast travel right in front of them. Is this a glitch or is it something else?
Does it happen with other bows? If your sneak skill is really high and/or you're wearing something with chameleon enchantment, sometimes your target will get confused and go back to what he/she was doing (I love it when they get shot and then mumble something about the damn rats always scurrying about - I mean, do they really run into a lot of rats with bows? 
). If it only happens with Hatred's Soul then it sounds like a glitch because it doesn't have any effects that should confuse them (it just does fire damage and damages their speed).

Well, my sneak is 100 now, but when this first started I don't think it was... I'm not sure. But this is when I'm not sneaking at all. And I have no chameleon armor. It's all just daedric w/ speed or resist magic enchantments. And no, it's just w/ Hatred's Soul, and only when it has charges. Oh well. Thanks anyway.
