Ummm....things in oblivion that are sexual.

Male/Female body parts, eroticism.....etc

Why do you want this and more importantly do you really not know what sex is?

Ok, yeah, anybody can get mods that allow nudity....but my question still remains -why- do you want this? What's the point of a video game that took 4 years to design with all the 3D special effects, gameplay values, character options, voice acting, quests, guilds, weapons, armor, etc if you put nudity in it?

That would be like putting nudity in the movies, Lord of the Rings. Really no additional value whatsoever, no purpose to it, and no actual meaning or justification for adding it.

I think Siberys got the wrong end of the stick.

Flip479, you can assure your Mum that there are no explicit sexual themes in un-modded Oblivion, there isn't even any nudity. Some irresponsible fools made some mods that introduce nudity, but you have to acquire them separately, and they are easily avoided.

AH, ok. That makes more sense, you want oblivion but dunno if it has sexual themes or not already in it.

My mistake and my apologies. No, oblivion has virtually no sexual themes whatsoever.

There are only a handful of things in the game that I think might be even remotely responsible for the "sexual content" warning, and they're all pretty tame.

1) There's an optional side quest involving some female bandits who use their feminine charms to lure unsuspecting male victims to a secluded location and rob them. Some of the dialog is mildly suggestive, although there is no overt sexual content and the bandits themselves are dressed quite modestly.

2) There's another optional side quest in which you can play a prank on some nobles at a dinner party, with the end result that a bunch of people end up running around chaotically in their underwear. More slapstick comedy than sexual content in my opinion, but you never know what qualifies in the mind of the ratings board.

3) When you loot the armor or clothing from a fallen enemy, the body is left in only underwear. Again, definitely not sexual content in my opinion.

4) If you don't equip any armor or clothing, your own character will be dressed in underwear. More like bad strategy than sexual content :) (plus you can't see yourself unless you play in third-person mode).

5) There are a few characters in the game who seem to flirt with you if your personality score and their disposition score are high enough, but it's very casual and there's no way to follow up on it (you can't even ask them for a date or anything).

6) As mentioned in previous posts, if you're playing on the PC it is possible to download 3rd-party patches that will add nudity and/or sexually themed content, but there's nothing like that in the stock game right out of the box. You have to intentionally modify your game to do that, and you can't do it at all on the 360.
Can the answer to this question be "No"?

I agree with Belthan. The most "suggestive" thing I've ever been able to is to nail a male bandit to a wooden door by shooting an arrow through his head when he turned around to get me, then I stripped him of his armor, and then proceded to bash his carcass with his mace for making me waste half of my arrows trying to kill him:laugh:. Other than that I haven't seen anything that qualifies as suggestive on my books.

Since Flip's question has been answered, there's no more reason to keep this thread open.
