stuck in the Ruins of Arvahn (spoilers)

Hi,

As the title says I got stuck in the ruins of Arvahn, where I have to touch the four statues of purification so the song portal can open. Well I have touched the three that are inside the ruins, I'm only missing the one outside, but when I touch it it says that I cannot while in combat mode and I'm not fighting anything :S

The walkthrough says I should load an earlier game before entering that area but I don't have one, my only saved game is a recent one and I have already one everything except for that statue.

Is there any other way to solve this issue? or am I just stuck there for ever?

Many people have this same problem and I think it has been addressed in these forums before. Anyway, I don't think its fixable, but its certainly avoidable. You should activate that statue which is giving you problems first of all then the bug won't occur.

Looks like you will have to start a new game again...
