Okay, so I am frustrated. I have scoured the map looking for a smith hammer, but none of the remaining merchants (I'm in Act III) sell smith hammers.
My girlfriend recommended cheat codes, and I reluctantly went that route, but those aren't working, either. I am using my character, have tried having him chosen as a target, or another char as a target, and either way no response. I've tried:
giveitem [smithhammer] 1
giveitem [smithhammer]1
giveitem [smithhammer]
I've tried these inside and outside of DebugMode 1
I've tried just using the cheat code to create the adamantine full plate I'm trying to make, but that doesn't work either.
Similarly, I've tried using the code to bring Guyven to my keep, but it isn't working either.
Does the latest patch prevent console use? Is something else up? Is it just my copy of NWN 2?
