How Do you copy spells from other Wizards

[Just wondering who knows how to copy spell from other wizards spell books

I'm pretty sure there's no wizard spellbooks in the game (Unless you count other chars) And even then i'm quite sure you cant at all. But if you haven't noticed, i'm quite sure you can find scrolls and then learn them if you havn't got the spell yourself. But then again I havn't completed the game and haven't got much experience with the game yet, so I might be all wrong

Wizard spell learning from other Wizards

In the creation of a Wizard, read the profile and it states that at any time if you are a Wizard that you can copy/learn other spell from other wizard spell books.
