Help needed installing OMODS/7Z FILES from TESS

Help needed installing OMODS/7Z FILES from TESS

OK, I have just tried installing a few mods I got from TESS. The ESP files were easy, just drag them into Oblivion's data file. I did download OBBM, and then an OMOD file Lost Paladins of the Divines in .7z format. I know I need to get the .7z file unzipped and then use use OBBM to install the unzipped file, but I can't open the .7z file using any windows program, and OBBM won't open it either, it doesn't "see" it when I go looking for it with the browse key because its not in OMOD format yet.

I am obviously missing some sort of 7 zip unpacker utility program and I bet 500 people out there can tell me the name of that utility and where to dl for free. Any help is appreciated, and any tips on doing the OBBM thing if what i have outlined here is incorrect.
