there is a lock level 100 door in the dwemer ruins under mournhold square that i cant get in-because i have a feeling the satchel charges are in there, so is there some key or spell i can use to get in there?

Please use SPOILER on a thread like this, just as the sticky thread at the top of the forum suggests. I'll change this one; after that, you're on your own.

You might also want to think about being a little more specific in your thread titles, but that's not a forum requirement. It's just an idea to get people with answers to help you out. ;)

If you've reached that point and don't have high enough security skills, then what have you been doing throughout the main Morrowind campaign?

Anyway, if you have plenty of money, i suggest you leave Mournhold for now, and pay a little visit to the Security mastertrainer, get some decent lockpicks in the local Thieves Guild hideout, and then return to Mournhold. That should fix things.

You can buy the Open spell(... hit the Mages Guild) and then locate someone in Mages Guild in Spellmaking ... create a 100pt Open spell ... then train up Alteration so you have a decent succes rate

I also believe the key is in the room that looks like a workshop.
Check any "containers".
