Chameleon Armor makes you invincible (SPOILER)
I joiined the mages guild even though I am a fighter thief just to get access to the arcane university magic making equipment. I made a full set of armor with chameleon on it, and my chameleon level is 130%. I can't be seen. I go up to daedra lords and throw flame spells, shoot arrows, etc agaian and again and all they do is stand there and take it and they cannot see me to strike back. It has made the game uninteresting so i guess i will get rid opf this armor. Of course, I am in sneak mode, and I do have a high sneak skill.
Have you ever considered that the sole reason for your existance is to merely serve as a warning to others?
That's moronic. What's the point in even playing the game anymore? Anyone can do that no matter how skilled or unskilled they may be. Make a 100% chameleon spell(for special uses only)and then keep one piece of armor, use the other spaces for attributes and challenge yourself by turning up the difficulty. You'll get bored with the invincble thing in a couple mins.
That's the one thing I don't like and its in the problems with oblivion thred. That once your the arch mage your 5 grand soul gems away from God Mode.
I'm not trying to be offensive in any way, but my piont is I consider this a glitch more than a stratagy.

I only post with personal exp. So I will not answer anything about the dark brotherhood, and easter eggs.
Yeah, chameleon over 100% is a game-killer if you wear it all the time. I've heard rumors that there are some creatures that have a chance of detecting you, but the only thing I know for sure can see you are those twirling towers in Oblivion that shoot fireballs at you. If you only use it once in a while though, it can make some difficult parts a bit easier (like for scouting hostile locations without alarming the enemy, or when you're running away from an army of daedra with 7 health points and no magicka).
Can the answer to this question be "No"?
