hi all ,
am a level 20 bow & blade sneaky type and seem to handle most enemies
i've come up against. except will 'o' the wisps!! how do you kill the buggers?!?

Magic does very well. A nice, large fire blast between the, well, shiny bits works wonders. You could always try to get a weapon enchanted for that.
To the Righteous belong the fruits of violent victory. The rest of us will have to settle for warm friends, warm lovers, and a wink from a quietly supportive universe.
Will-of-the-Wisps are the biggest reason I try to always carry about 50 silver arrows along with the normal ebony/elven/dwarven arrows I carry for normal jobs.
They are real easy to spot in the distance, so you can usually get the sneak bonus on your first shot.
I think the toughest thing about Will-o-wisps, at least when you first start to encounter them, is their insane regeneration rate. You need to do damage fast. But at level 20 with high agility and marksman levels, bow shots with silver arrows will kill it fast.

Silver and magic is the only way to go. Create/find a spell that is their weakness and bombard them with that. Or kil two birds with one stone and enchant a bow and take them out easily and all your other foes will be easier too because of the fire damage. 
I only post with personal exp. So I will not answer anything about the dark brotherhood, and easter eggs.
