where are all the good charms im am in need in some lighting resistance
Charms are random drops, but you may be able to purchase some at the merchant are I mentioned in a different thread post. A good probability to get a charm drop is to fight those orcs to the east.
I'd rather be part bull than a complete sheep.

The best charms tend to drop (and can be purchased in) the last section of the game, in an arid steppe. Before then, as DaveO says, drops are random, though in my experience they tend to grade up as you go further into the game.
To the Righteous belong the fruits of violent victory. The rest of us will have to settle for warm friends, warm lovers, and a wink from a quietly supportive universe.
