Healers can use blunt weapons right? just as long as their bodies are unarmored? Thankies!

Any character can use any type of weapon. All that is important is that the weapon is one of your major or minor skills, more importantly major, as this will mean the blunt weapon skill starts at a higher level and will increase in skill level faster (which means you will use it more effectively and improve in your skill at using it more quickly).

If you mean from a roleplaying point of view then the Imperial Cult use blunt weapons so I would imagine that its fine for your character to use them too :)

Same rule applies to armors as well. Any type of character can basically use any type of armor, though some character types may be better with certain types of armor (in example, Caster types of character usually should have light armor or no armor, as heavy armors tend to weight so much that caster is unable to carry anything else than the armor).
