Stuck!! Ultimate Heist! Impossible Situation

Ok. hello.
I am stuck doing the Ultimate Heist mission for the Gray Fox in the thieves guild. I entered the guards quarters via the secret entrance with the statues, i got caught and was redirected to the imperial prison. I have no recent save points and saved over my game after being thrown out. Now, when I go to the same door, it says a key is required. Am I screwed? I even tried pickpocketing Ocata for it, but he doesnt have it. If anyone can figure this out, they are truly a god. Also I did not yet get to the Monk part so I cant enter back through the shaft with paint brushes, the wooden door is not active...Please any help would be amazing..also it is on the PS3 if that helps. Bad news: there's no way to unlock the door after you get caught.
