I've completed everything else in the game up to the part listed in the walk though as "End Game" When I go to Dantooine for what looks like the final chapter(s), I go to get off the ship, get to the party selection screen, and no matter who I pick, I hit ok and the screen does not load Dantooine. I can move the mouse around. It's still the green in game cursor, but the screen is black. Is there a quest I did not complete that is stopping me from proceeding? I was told to meet the Jedi Master on Dantooine after the Royal Palace on Onderon.
the walk through says, "Further, after you have found all of the Jedi Masters and have completed these "loose ends"(I did), you are ready to talk to Kreia and enter the Ruined Jedi Enclave for the End Game."
What might I be missing???
major Dantooine Issue(possible spoilers)
I ever encountered this bug before when I played KOTOR. If you can hear sounds (be it footsteps or ambient sounds), I suggest trying to walk towards the exit and back into the area. If this doesn't work, try to reload your previous save to see whether it works.
''They say truth is the first casualty of war. But who defines what's true? Truth is just a matter of perspective. The duty of every soldier is to protect the innocent, and sometimes that means preserving the lie of good and evil, that war isn't just natural selection played out on a grand scale. The only truth I found is that the world we live in is a giant tinderbox. All it takes...is someone to light the match" - Captain Price
I can't here a thing. all I can do is move the mouse around. oh, and I did talk to kreia. that well is tapped.DesR85 wrote:I ever encountered this bug before when I played KOTOR. I'm thinking there's a quest somewhere I didn't do. but in kotor 1, it just wouldn't let you travel to the planet if you weren't ready for it or something. should I have the disciple character at this point? cuz I don't.
all my saves are around this time. or waaaaaaaaaay old.

I'm not a big sidequest person, but when I talked to kreia on the ship, I realized how much I hadn't done. maybe I'll go do all the sidequest on the other planets for fun. maybe that'll free it up. seems like when you change something, it helps. I dunno. I'm at a loss. I am not playing all this over again, LS anyway.Ergophobia wrote:If you're male, no, you don't need the Disciple. In fact, you can't get him unless you're female. But this really sounds like a game-wrecking bug. Sorry I can't be of more help.
