Are any of his undead relatives still lurking around? I don't think he'll follow you until you take care of that.
Can the answer to this question be "No"?

I think he does.. cause i came back to a chappels underground way afther the quest.. and i found a zombie in there.. so i think i was in that chappel and it was a relative..

but yet again..
It might be so that zombies spawn in chappel undergrounds..
