I started the game with version 1.0 and played until i got to the Elder's Challenge in Arindale, since i saved during the first spout part and reloaded the spirits stopped coming out. I then beat the wizard ( not easy) and now i cannot go any further because the door is not there neither is a way to get up to the ledge that the wizard was on. Please help i really don't want to restart the game. I have since patched the game to version 1 .4
Sorry, if you don't have a save you can go back to, then you'll have to start over.

That if you have anything summoned in the room the elevators will not decend as long as your summoned creature still remains alive.. Kill it off and they drop the minute it disapears.
