the ilithid mindcontrol collars and control ANYONE! ....think twisted rune is too hard?..then dominate shangalr with one and use him to whup his former pals....and kangaxx and the dragons are also suspectible to it....and you can use their abilities!
but if you have kangaxx imprison himself you wont get the ring of gaxx

You can actually imprison Kangaxx with that? Sweet. If you try that, then all you have to do is attack him until you're about to die, then heal all your people, then force attack him with everything you've got and he should drop fairly quickly. In theory.

Where do you get that collar at?

You get them in the Underdark in the Mind Flayer region. In the SE corner (if I remember correctly) there is a machine that can make them for you but only in limited quantity

woah! this is insane! IIRC the machine spits out 4 or 5 of them. 2 you actually have to use on a mind flayer to open doors which leaves 2 or 3 for later nasty things...

some places to think about:
-the insane battle zone in the Beholder-dungeon, where you face about 10 beholders, use on the elder orb to toast the other gouchos (once mind-controlled him and he imprisoned himself, ups!)
-yes! Twisted Rune: Shangalar (must try this at once!
-Bodhi
-Drizzt Do'Urden (hehe)
etc...

i tried using the collars on irenicus's demons in hell but it didn't work. it said they were charmed but their circles were still red and they still hit me.
