i was doing this quest and followed the walkthrough but i got arrested in the gaurd quarters and now have returned to the doorway wich leads to it but it says i dont have the key. How do i get the key back and wich key is it???? :eek: :eek: :confused: :confused: :( :( :(

Try searching the forum, I know there are a few threads discussing this problem. It's mostly bad news though: basically the only way to finish the quest properly in your situation is to reload a saved game from before you got caught.
Can the answer to this question be "No"?

but im lvl 27 my last save before it im lvl 21 havnt started stuff that ive finished i think im gonna cry:speech: :speech: :( :( :angry:

Remember the old adage.....Save and Save Often....
I learned that lessons from having to play through about 5 levels after a reload. :)

Well, like I say, search the forum to be sure. If you're on PC there are console codes you can use to move a quest along even if you missed an objective. On the 360 you're probably hosed though.

bummer my friend had the same problem... he just gave up oblivion because his last save was when he was level 15(and at the time he was level 21) but surely you have auto saves?
why does the girl on the teaching advert say that slolar powered killing sheep would be a good idea?
