Well I wana look like the reaper, back i don't have black hand stuff, and i need a scythe type wepion, any ideas

Necromancer robes and hood might be the closest thing other than the DB robe. As far as weapons, I can't think of anything in the stock game, but if you're playing on the PC I've seen mods that might suit you, a couple that let you wield tools (hoe, rake, scythe, repair hammers, etc.) as weapons, and one that has a whole set of different scythes (iron, silver, glass, etc.).
Can the answer to this question be "No"?
