How can I recharge Wands?

I read the 'kill your dragon with Cloudkill wands, and now I got me one from Irenicus' prison. THe only problem is, there's only 1 charge in it.
I would like ot know how to get it recharged so that I can kill the Bastards.

You could sell it to a storekeeper and then Buy* it back from him.

*buy is purely a metaphor for steal

It's a +6 attack all thats needed is lots of protein and carbohydrate. Protected from Charm and excercise.

Sell it to a merchant and buy it back. I read somewhere on this site, that Roger the Fence in the sewers also recharges it and that he is blind as a bat so it is really easy to steal it back (that should save you a lot of money)
