I can't find him. He is part of a quest and I need to come back to see him with some, uh, stuff. When I make it my active quest I get no indicator as to where he is. I know what city I saw him in at the beginning but I can't find him. If anyone knows....thanks.

He lives in the basement of the West Weald Inn in Skingrad.
Can the answer to this question be "No"?
