hi my fellow amigos i have a problem.
i have wish to play fallout with a retarded player which is quit hard really no one will talk to me.

*question can any one tell me how to make vic join with me he said he will but dosen't add him self to my team I have plenty CH.

Oh one more thin I have 3 ST lol and I battered all the slavers with just a knuckle duster. Took me loads of time and lots of saving but I did it

What's you CHA? And do you have any other members? And, what version of the game are you playing?

CH is only 2

now one is following me and my ch is only 2 and i have the newest verstion i know this coz they are children in the towns. the last time i had a copy there where no children. and i brourgh it from game last week

Okay, that's the reason why Vic won't follow you.

The number of NPCs in your party is calculated by dividing Charisma by 2. So, since you have CHA = 2, your total number of members is 1. You have already used that slot, so no new members can join your party...

How did he use up that follower slot when there's noone following him?

CH of 2 allows a maximum of one party member, that's true (no. of party members equals CH/2, rounded down), but the player character doesn't occupy any follower slots. On several occasions I had my CH set to 4 and I had Sulik and Cassidy in my party all the time.

With CHA 4, you can have 2 followers, like Sulik and Cassidy as you had...
