Is there a ambidex in nwn 2? And if yes, what are the preguisites?

No ambidexterity in NWN2. The two-weapon fighting feats now incorporate the bonuses of ambidexterity. The two-weapon feats and pre-reqs are:
-Two-weapon fighting (15 Dex)
-Improved two-weapon fighting (17 Dex, +6 attack)
-Greater two-weapon fighting (19 Dex, +11 attack)
-Two-weapon Defense (Dex 15)
-Improved two-weapon defense (Dex 17, attack +6)
Rangers that choose two-weapon fighting as their combat focus get the offensive two-weapon fighting feats as bonus feats as they progress in level.

As smass said, Ambidexterity has been combined with Two Weapon Fighting. Reason being is because Skip Williams thought the rules for how to work both feats were too confusing when he created 3.5.
