Hey, im sorry if this has been posted but i couldnt find it. I was wondering if there was a chance i could find a normal staff with no enchantments on it. Ive already made a staff with enchantments on it in the mage guild quest line, but besides that is there a chance i can buy one?

Unfortunately, no, although if you're on the PC I think I've seen a mod that lets you do it.
Can the answer to this question be "No"?
