Ally Appraise Skill Worth It?

Does the parties cumulative appraise skill affect stores, or just your main character's? I'm just trying to find out if it is a waste of skill points if i increase my allies appraise skill.

The skillcheck is made for each character, so the one with the highest skill should be the one doing the selling and buying. You can see this while switching characters while trading, the prices will also change depending on their appraise skill. So if you really need the money (and it's not really worth it if you ask me since there is so much loot and money to be made already) just make sure to have the character with the highest appraise do all the shopping
