Console commands?
In other words, can you list them? I've got a sorc for whom I made a bad spell choice, and I want to go back and change it.

I'm not certain if you could remove a spell thru the console, but when you level up, you, as a sorceror, have the ability to remove spells as well as add them.
I think the code is something like givexp # or something like that. DON'T quote me, tho. I don't know for certain WHAT it is.
Just remember to rt-click on your character first, or the codes won't work at all!

Not what I need, but thanks. I expect I'd need to know the reference number of the spell I wish to add, and the one I want to remove. Which isn't reproduced anywhere I can find.

I tried this, and I couldn't get it to work. I clicked on the spell I wanted to remove, but nothing happened. Has anybody gotten it to work?GoldDragon wrote:I'm not certain if you could remove a spell thru the console, but when you level up, you, as a sorceror, have the ability to remove spells as well as add them.

Sir Edmund: "Should you obey the lord who asks you to put a village of innocents to the torch? Is that chivalrous? Is it noble?"

Yes. You can only do so at specific levels I do believe. You have to click the arrow pointing towards the left next to the spell known. It should go back over and the "0" up top should change to a "1". This works for Warlocks, and it worked for my Sorc NPC I picked up in Neverwinter.swcarter wrote:I tried this, and I couldn't get it to work. @ Fable:
Type this:
DebugMode 1, then hit enter.
commands, then hit enter.
It should produce a horrendous jumble of console commands listed in one huge run-on sentance. Have fun with that...
"You can do whatever you want to me."
"Oh, so I can crate you and hide you in the warehouse at the end of Raiders?"
"So funny, kiss me funny boy!" / *Sprays mace* " I know, I know, bad for the ozone"

Thanks, Mags. I'll give it a shot. Though, from the sound of it, I might regret it.Magrus wrote:@ Fable:

As a sorcerer, to add spells to your castable list, do you not click on the arrow pointing to the right?
When I levelled up a Sorceror on my brother's computer, I also noticed that the castable spell list had arrows beside the spells in THAT list. clicking on that removes a spell from your castable spell list, therefore removing an unwanted spell. Now, you should be able to select a more appropriate spell, or at least one more favourable.
Note: Bards have a similar ability.

Are you suggesting it's possible to replace spells in your book this way, without recourse to the console, or just remove spells you've current got there?

At level up you can replace spells you know (a big cheese factor in my view, but no doubt made to counter wrongfully chosen spellsfable wrote:Are you suggesting it's possible to replace spells in your book this way, without recourse to the console, or just remove spells you've current got there?
When leveling up you get to the spell selection screen. There is an arrow to the left of each known spell which you can click to remove that spell and then select a new one to take its place.
Insert signature here.
You can try resetpackage, fable.
addspell, addfeat and removefeat all work correctly but I have't had any luck with removespell yet, sadly.
rs kr_influence - lets you view and edit influence with NPCs.
rs ga_party_limit(6) - lets you set the size of your party.
Becareful using irolltwenties, forgot what I read happens but may keep you from leveling or something like that, I never tried it.
irolltwenties 20 in every statistic.
givefeat # Add the feat to your currently selected character (use #'s 2 through around 500)
givexp [-ve number] Decreases your experience points by the value entered
resetlevels Delevel you if your experience points is near to 0
givespell # Gives a spell identified by it's id number to the character.
giveitem [item tag] Gives active player item
givexp # Gives the desired amount of XP to your character.
rs kr_roster_edit Opens a debug dialogue with an option to open the
party roster to switch party members in and out at any time. (Use caution with other features there)
rs ga_influence (x,y) Raises influence level for that companion.
rs ga_party_limit(6) Raises the amount of party members you may have at once to 6. Default is 3 in Act 1 and 4 in Acts 2 and 3.
rs ga_time_advance(Hours,Min,Sec,Milli) replace Hours, Minutes, Seconds and Milliseconds with how much time you want to advance.
SetCHA # Set charisma to given number.
SetCON # Set constitution to given number.
SetDEX # Set dexterity to given number.
SetSTR # Set strength to given number.
SetWIS # Set wisdom to given number.
That seems to be the most important, at least working codes atm.

Trust me, most of the names I have been called you can't translate in any language...they're not even real words as much as a succession of violent images.
Excellent find! There wouldn't happen to be a command to switch your chosen player voice? It's the only thing I wish I'd done different about my current build.

I know what you mean and I wish there was, but sadly there is not, I even started over once and that was one of the major reasons.
The only way I know to do it is with an execellent program called Leto but atm it is only available for NWN 1.
Though I have visted their board and are talking about it, though I just believe like most people everyone is still playing the game for the most part.
Atm I can't recall if its ok to post a link and I am too busy atm to reread the rules, so just do a google for Leto + NWN.
You should get to their boards if you want to keep a lookout, though it will for sure get sent to NWVault like the current version for NWN 1.
