Garridan's Tears Locations **Possible Spoilers**

Hey, I know that this topic is covered in the forum but not to the extent that I would like, so my question is; I have found 4 of the Tears. The ones that I have found have been:

The one on top of the frozen Garridan

The 2 easy ones in the big circle

The one really close to the front of the frozen sculpture rock

Does anybody know the last one's location

SCREENSHOTS WOULD BE LOVELY
