Normally im not to puzzled by these sort of things, but how do i place action on my Hotbar in NWN2. I can place spell by dragging them from the spellbook, and certain ability's by dragging them from the abilitypanel.
But what about things like special ability's, commands/orders,emotes etc?

Which special ability are you trying to put into the quickbar? If it's a feat, you can just drag the icon from the feat panel.
I haven't found a way to put broadcast commands or emotes into the quickbar. There are icons for the commands, so you'd think there would be a way, but maybe we'll have to wait for a patch.
