Hi, I found a real helper for 100% chameleon suit, since I'm way to lazy and weak to get grand soul gems and fill em up. This however is much better.
If you have a +10% Chameleon sigil stone, you can achieve 100% Chameleon without any enchanted items or spells. As far as i know (with the exception of the duplicate glitch) it is impossible to have constant 100% Chameleon without acess to the arcane university.
Enchant 9 Items by duplicating the Chameleon sigil stone, one for each equipment slot. When you equip these items you will have 90% Chameleon, now you may want to leave it at that (having 100% Chameleon makes you completely undetectable even when pickpocketing, interacting with the environment and fighting, allthough some specific circumstances allow you to be detected such as pickpocketing guards) The reason you may want to leave it at 90% chameleon is because having 100% Chamelion can be a gamekiller since you essentially have godmode.
If you want to get the 100% Chameleon you have to use step 2 from the overview just once, giving yourself a permenant +10% chameleon, and then enchant another item for the same slot with 10% chameleon, then equip the 9 items that have Chameleon bonus. This brings you to 100% chameleon.
Note: There is a problem with this as by having 10% Chameleon as a permanant bonus, you will now have the annoying Chameleon animation for the rest of the game. A solution to this is having the 9 pieces of 10% Chameleon items, and a 10% Chameleon spell to complete the combination for when you need it as opposed to having it permenantly (You can then equip the items and cast the spell when you want to be invisible)
I already have the 10% sigil stone (desendant aka lowest level sigil stone), all pieces of armor are enchanted with rings and amuelet. But I'm trying to reach 100%, and it does tell me that I can reach it. I don't get the part where it says "If you want to get the 100% Chameleon you have to use step 2 from the overview just once, giving yourself a permenant +10% chameleon, and then enchant another item for the same slot with 10% chameleon, then equip the 9 items that have Chameleon bonus. This brings you to 100% chameleon." The same slot part confuses me. Could i get any explanation? Or even better a video that someone could make doing this in action.

Step 2 from what overview? Not sure who this quote is from or what they're talking about. Sounds like a cheat/glitch that I'm not aware of, sorry. Personally, I wouldn't want permanent chameleon on my character - you'd never be able to see yourself again. I know you don't want to burn a whole bucket full of soul gems, but even 1 grand soul gem should be enough to make one of your items +20 for a total of 100% with 9 items equipped, and you can still unequip everything to make yourself visible again. Or even better, if you haven't completed the main quest, level up before you do any more oblivion gates to get better sigil stones. The best ones give Chameleon +30 each, so you can be totally invisible with 4 items.
