Class progression

Is it possible to only have one third-tier class, or can you have more than one assuming you have an extra slot? I was thinking about making a Mage/Sorcerer/Enchantress/Wizard/War Witch; is this possible? Or would I have to choose one or the other?

You only get 1 third tier, you can get 2 second tiers. Your third must be a progression of a second. Your second tiers must be from different guilds.
