Update 1.68 brought the ability to SEE cloaks you have equipped onto your character. I just started up my game and spent a minute wondering what the heck was hanging off my wizard's shoulders.

I changed that to a lower setting ( vid quality: low ) but that didn't change anything. Here's a screenshot of my char in the OC. What she's wearing there is the Cloak of the High Forest. [ATTACH]3575.vB[/ATTACH] ( screenshot taken with lowest graphic setting, actually )
Take a look at your Toolset and try to create a cloak through the Item Wizard? Not only do the cloaks look differently, but you can also assign them different colours now, as well.
I used the latest patch for the Diamond edition from the official site. I think they announced a couple of weeks ago that some premium mod or other would have visible and animated cloaks, so maybe they included this as an update for everyone?
