Here's a screenshot. If the explosive is not in the pot, it' probably a bug, if it happened only this once, restart the game, it's not that you got very far. :p

What do you mean, doesn't let you pick the lock?

Are you doing it the right way? (clicking the red button labeled "Skills", then selecting lockpick and the clicking the door?)

If the tips above me doesnt help you, try reinstalling.

But do not give up! Fallout is worth every drop of blood, sweat and tears that it takes from you!

And every minutes used to download patches :D

That reminds me, have you patched the game? Even if you get the problem solved, I strongly recommend you to patch the game when you are still at the very beginning. Your life just gets much easier that way :)

Yeah, but there are a lot of fanmade patches, which put in new quests, and fixes a LOT of issues and bugs and glitches.

Some are better than others, but a lot are better than the ones you get with Fallout Radioactive.

Yes, especially unofficial 1.05 patch, which correct maaaaany issues which official patch do not (some of these things are even claimed to be patched in official patches, but really aren't...)

Fallout Radioactive contains only some basic patches (I knwo since I own that cd too... :D ), and thus I really recommend to check http://www.nma-fallout.com for more patches...
