Just surfed around the net reading about Oblivion and so on, then I stumbled upon tiny hints about an expansion for the game.

Also an easter egg in the game, you meet a guy rambling about certain features that werent included in the game, including werewolves, I think.

It has no effect on our ability to do expansions.

At this time we have no plans to bundle them or distribute them in any other way.
At that time they didnt have any plans for expansions or content on discs purchased in stores, maybe now? Hope so.
IMO paying for dowloads is outrageous, why cant they go the old good way by creating expansions? This new trend amongst developers and publishers "pay to play" is just so freaking lame! Bring on the expansion..with werewolves etc please!
