Alchemy gear... (SPOILER)

Can anyone tell me where I can find the best Alchemy gear? And where to find the spell so I can enchant my own alchemy gear?

I don't think you can enchant Alchemy stuff.
You just need to look in caves and forts. Some merchants have more advanced equipment but mostly you will find novice gear.

I asked about this quite some time ago--please, use the search function to find things before asking.

In any case, you'll find better alchemy gear as you make more levels, because Oblivion (unfortunately) levels all loot.

I tried the search function and I'm not looking for master or expert alchemy supplies, I am trying to find armor or rings that boost the skill. I already got an apron and cowl with +alchemy skills on it and I think I saw boots for sale somewhere (just don't remember where). Now it's a big world and I don't know each unique item it's selling point. As for the enchanting, it's possible to enchant something with +blade or +acrobatics right? So where is this spell located or does the game restrict this? (I tried searching on both alchemy and gear for an answer but only found a few threads asking for master alchemy sets which I am not worried about).

Grand ring of alchemy and ring of wizardry, found these in the item database. Does anyone know if these belong to either a quest or are they for sale?

I know you can create your own spells either in the downloaded tower (if you bought the candles) or mages area in Imp city. One of the options is boost skill but is not specified until you start the creation process. You can try to create a spell of your own for alchemy and then use that spell for your item enchant.
