Help with Grey Fox Quests (getting them) SPOILERS

I've been trying to get his second one (the Arrow of Extrication or something) and i've been waiting FOREVER for Amusei to come get me but he isn't showing up.

any suggestions?

Just travel to the Waterfront District and walk around there a bit or go do the dishes or something else that's useful. He'll come.

you sure? i've been auto-waiting there for like a week and he hasn't shown

Well, I did this mission yesterday and waited a lot of time, just like you. But then I went to the arena and took one match. When I came back to take the payment Amusei was there. Why don't you try to do that?
