need some .bif files

Hey guys, my Planescape CD's suffer from much wear and tear and so I've tried to copy them all to my hard drive...discs 1-3 I got copied just fine, but there are 5 .bif files on disc 4 that I can't get to work. They are:
CA_lem.bif
CA_lop.bif
CA_mht.bif
CA_mid.bif
CA_npr.bif

If anyone could possibly email these files to me, that would be incredible...
