Where is the fortify acrobatics spell

i cant seem to find the spell sorry if this is a noob question...

I'm not sure if there is one, but if you get fortify attribute power in a magic spell you've learned, you can make one at the spellmaking altars in the University.

There's an Absorb Skill: Acrobatics spell in the Anvil mages' guild, but I don't think there are Fortify skill spells, I believe they're for enchanting only.
