I used to play as a battlemage and become a lvl 15 guy. I still havent started the main quest )
after that, I decided to start a new game to become a thief type to do DB and TG quests.
But I have a question. As I will not do the MG quests, I can not enter the universty. so how will I enchant my weapons or armorers? is there another way to do it?
You can use sigil stones to enchant weapons or armor, and Varla stones will recharge your enchantments. Personally, I would advise at least going through enough of the Mages guild to gain access to the University, simply for the convenience.

Guess what? I got a fever, and the only prescription is more cowbell!
Mage Guild Recommendation Quests are easy and fast to do, you don't need to be a magic type, and you will get access to all Arcane University stuff as soon as you've completed them. I think you don't even need to do the quest to get a Mage Staff first (which may prove fairly difficult), to have full access.
And it's much better than stones!
Doing MG quests with a thief is totally worth it to get access to the AU enchanting & spellmaking facilities, and easier than you might expect. All of the MG quests can be completed by substituting enough brains or brawn for spellcasting prowess. I faced pretty much the same scenario. I have a kinda thiefy, diplomat sort of character: heavy on interpersonal skills, stealth and the strategic sneak attack when violence is unavoidable, so-so on straight-up combat, and absolutely ignorant of any magic other than Illusion. I wanted to make some custom-built magic gear to enhance my particular skill set but I didn't want to search every oblivion gate in Cyrodill to find the right sigil stones, so I decided to do what had to be done to get access to the AU. Long story short, I ended up being the lamest arch-mage in the history of the guild - Apprentice of Illusion and Novice of all other schools. The other mages must think I'm Dilbert's pointy-haired boss  Hey, at least I use the Altar of Enchanting myself and don't make them work unpaid overtime to craft my items...
Quasi-spoiler: The cool thing is you don't have to be very good at a particular school of magic to create a kick-ass item. You just need a spell with the particular effect you want. It doesn't matter how weak it is, as long as you can cast it. The real key is a big, full soul gem - the bigger the better, grand or black with a grand soul is best. The discount spell store in the Market District of the Imperial City is a great place to find cheap, weak spells even a goober mage like me can cast. Finding good soul gems is trickier, but if you do the MG quests you should find quite a few wherever you go to root out Necromancy. You can also loot them from dungeons or steal them from shops that have them lying about (or even from the MG Halls or AU, as long as you don't get caught and kicked out).
Thanks for all the info. But I love to roleplay. so if i am a battlemage, i want to play as it is. if I am a thief, i want to play as it. but i saw that it i have to get acces to the AU with my thief character. or i must be a bit lucky to have good loots )
Actually there is another way - if you happen to have bought the 3rd official mod, the wizard's tower, or what ever it is called, you should have your own enchanting altar there.
And He whispered to me in the darkness as we lay together, Tell Me where to touch you so that I can drive you insane; tell Me where to touch you to give you ultimate pleasure, tell Me where to touch you so that we will truly own each other. And I kissed Him softly and whispered back, Touch my mind.
Of course, you could just do the ritual thing and gather magical items from dungeon crawls and dead foes, or steal them and fence them for enough gold to buy the ones you want. Check to see if MG members will recharge your enchanted stuff for a price. If you do both, you should be able to get fairly good enchanted stuff without joining the MG at all.
