HELP w/ The Daughter - Fighter's Guild Quest - SPOILER

Post by racy-k »

Hey, I'm having some trouble with this seemingly easy quest. I hope someone can shed some light on it for me. I am playing on a 360 if that helps any :)
I go to speak to Lord Rugdump at his estate about his daughter. From there I proceed east to find the Lady and three ogres. I somehow became seperated from the Lady and two of the ogres while dispensing of the third.
When I go to find the others, they have gone into a cavern. There I kill the other two ogres and find the Lady. When I try to talk to her she just tells me to go kill the other ogres.
So I went throughout the entire cavern and all of the doors and areas associated with it, killing everything I found. I went back to talk to her again, and she is still telling me to go kill the rest of the ogres!!! There isn't an option for her to follow me back to her house so that I can finish my quest.

Is this a bug, or have I done something wrong? Please help, I would appreciate any comments or feedback anyone has. Thanks...

His daughter ran off into the cave while I was doing that quest as well. The ogres weren;t in the cave with her though in my case. It might be that the ogres in the cave aren't the same ogres you were dealing with outside. I know I killed all the ogres for that quest outside the cavern after she had ran away from me. I'm not sure that is the case, since I didn't go any further into the cave to see what was in there, but you might want to check back outside in the general area where you came across her in the first place.

That may not be it, but it's the best I can come up with. :)

Guess what? I got a fever, and the only prescription is more cowbell!

Thanks for your help. I looked outside a bit, but probably not good enough. I will try that next.
