ok what are those pearl,topaz,ruby 's for?
and by the way my intellegence and will power are at 100 and they wont get any higher except that you were a cloth that enhance them.my total magika is 296 and there are some spells at the shops that need 403 or more magika.and even if i use magika fortifier that a greater one of it gives 60 magika i wont be able to use them.how is it?

Those stones serve no purpose. Sell them.
I'm having trouble understanding the run-on paragraph that follows, but are you complaining that your magicka is too low to cast some spells? Then increase your intelligence, level up, and wear enchanted items. This has been covered repeatedly here in the forum, so do a search for more details.
