ive noticed on the few missions ive done where there are NPCs along for the ride who willingly engage in combat that the only thing I can do is retreat, allow them to be knocked unconsious then go kill the monsters myself.
whenever I try and join them in the fight they without fail get in the way of my attack, even if they are in front of the monster and I am behind the monster (they always pick that moment to move round the side etc).
Now I know if you manage to talk to the npc before they go running off you can tell them to wait but this seems about equal to letting them go on alone min my book, afterall youve been sent as a team for a reason.
so anyone got any tactics theyre using to keep teammates at arms length so to speak? (remmeebr if you're going to use specific quest examples you need to 'SPOILER' it )
I had this problem in Morrowind as well, annoyed the hell out of me.
Well I tell them to wait, if it's an escort mission, then clean the way myself. If it's team fighting I see how the NPC behaves then decide whether to say wait, clean for myself, or go into battle - the Orc from L was great in battle had no issues for example - so it seems to differ.
And He whispered to me in the darkness as we lay together, Tell Me where to touch you so that I can drive you insane; tell Me where to touch you to give you ultimate pleasure, tell Me where to touch you so that we will truly own each other. And I kissed Him softly and whispered back, Touch my mind.
